Trek Dates 8/03/21 – 8/10/21 - We will leave on Tuesday, 8/02/20 and return on Wednesday 8/11/21.

**Payments via credit card will incur a 3.5% credit card fee. This will appear as "tax" during checkout.

Cost

• I am estimating the cost at this time to be $1,200 per person. This includes all food, Crew shirt, Philmont fee, equipment and travel. (This should be the maximum amount and depending on equipment your scout has and deals I can work out with vendors it may go down.)
• We will do multiple fundraisers between now and the trip.
• You can put in any amount in the form below since everyone has different amounts to they owe based on payments they have made and equipment they already have.

Important deadlines

• $100 deposit due to Philmont at signup
• $310 payment due to Philmont by 09/22/20
• $310 payment due to Philmont by 2/23/21
